not OPEC, not the FED, nobody...taking Brian Shannon's words (I'm a follower)...these institutions can only influence prices in the short term..but since the primary trend is still down, we've gotta take any rally as it is...just a temporary rally against a main down trend...any quick rallies will be countered with further selling as participants are eager to get out on any recovery...
