RESULTS:

Broke even for the day. But had paid over $100 in commissions.

What I did Right:

1. cut losses very quickly
2. made sure moves coming from winners are larger than the losers
3. trading larger sizes and piling away profits on the way up
4. didn't chase stocks on way up/down.
5. tried new techniques...shorting and profit management.
   

What needs improvement:

1. still stuggish on waiting for the right signals.
   
2. got scared out too easily
3. need to trade bigger size to compensate for commissions. Risk vs. reward was horrible when accounting for commissions.
4. still over traded.
5. ignored support/resistance for a few times...slow reaction.
