Very lackluster performance today. 1) I was bothered whole night and woke up at noon from stomach pain and indigestion. Enough said. 2) I wasn't able to implement the trades I had planned a day prior. 3) Just wasn't in the mood to trade.
That being said, I failed to take control of my emotions. There was alot of hesitations when entering trades. I was being too cautious and didn't jump on what the chart was giving me. My mind was was fixated to market reversing, but in the end the market just went higher and higher without me. I should have jumped on the chart patterns i saw, not what I think the market will do. I rationalized too much on breakouts. Rather than entering them, I hesitated with the finger. That was the main mistake that hindered my performance.
Hope I will get better tonight and jump on action tomorrow. Tough day mentally.
